Returns Policy
We want our customers to love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy then please tell us and in the first instance we will try to resolve the issue. If a refund is required then you must return the goods in immaculate condition within seven working days of delivery and we will refund you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. We do not accept unauthorised returns under any circumstances and we are sorry, but we do not reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted out to you, then please confirm this by email as soon as possible and we will reimburse you the cost within 30 days.
